HOW TO PAN CARD LINK AADHAAR CARD 2023

 

To link your PAN card with your Aadhaar card in 2023, you can follow these steps:

1. Visit the Income Tax e-filing website: https://www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/

2. If you are not already registered, register yourself by clicking on the 'Register Yourself' option and providing the required details.

3. Once you are registered, log in to your account using your user ID (PAN) and password.

4. Click on the 'Profile Settings' option and select 'Link Aadhaar' from the drop-down menu.

5. Enter your Aadhaar number and name as mentioned on the Aadhaar card, and then click on 'Link Aadhaar'.

6. If the details entered by you match with the details available in the UIDAI (Unique Identification Authority of India) database, then your Aadhaar will be linked with your PAN.

7. You will receive a message on your registered mobile number and email ID confirming the successful linking of your Aadhaar with your PAN.

Note: You can also link your PAN with Aadhaar by sending an SMS to 567678 or 56161 in the format: UIDPAN<SPACE><12 digit Aadhaar number><SPACE><10 digit PAN number>. However, this service may not be available in 2023 or may have changed by then.
